List notifications — GET /api/notifications​

Query param: unread_only (boolean)

Mark as read — PATCH /api/notifications/{id}/read​

Response: {"id": "...", "read": true}

Mark all as read — PATCH /api/notifications/read-all​

Response: {"marked_read": 5}
